1918, 2¢ carmine, Offset imperf, type Va (534), block of 12 tied, with strip of four 1¢ #481, by violet Stockton, N.Y. roller cancels on 2¢ entire #U397 to Oberlin, O., apparently was attached by gum on flap to a large parcel paying 30¢ parcel post rate for a 3-zone package weighing 13 lbs.; abrasions on B four stamps of block, otherwise a Very Fine and rare franking and the largest known usage of the 2¢ type Va offset.
