Balance of a higher quality collection, 1851-1903, some used highlights are # 10, 20, 64, 64b, 68-71, 116 (2), 117, 135-37, 2 each of 162, 163, 165 and 166, 261 and mint includes #182, 183, 211, 214 (2), 215-16, 220-226, 249, 253-257, 264-270, 272, 273, 279-284 less 282C, 300-308 etc., most are nicely centered, the mint where hinged are generally lightly hinged and there are never hinged as well, many Very Fine stamps are here, an excellent lot, accompanied by 67 P.F. or P.S.E. Certificates.
