ONLY A FEW OF THE UNWATERMARKED 30¢ PERF. 10 STAMPS COULD EVER BE CALLED WELL CENTERED. THIS IS UNQUESTIONABLY ONE OF THE FINEST OF THESE. IT IS THE ONLY EXAMPLE TO RECEIVE A GRADE AS HIGH AS 90 FROM THE PHILATELIC FOUNDATION.
