Canada 1930 Dirigible R-100, cover franked with three 5¢ airmail stamps (C1) tied by "Montreal St. Hubert Aug. 9 1930" c.d.s. to Switzerland with Basel Flugplatz 18.VIII.30 receiver at upper left, Very Fine. Though covers so cacheted were not actually carried on the airship, they are rarely seen used to overseas destinations. AAMC Z-462 var.
