Camp Chase", Columbus, O., pencil examiner's marking "Ex Gray" (probably placing the date of the cover as 1862) and manuscript "Releasee", Very Fine and rare example (the first known) of Payne Station on the Louisville and Frankfort and Lexington Railroad.
