Postal Card, 1881, 1¢ black on buff (UX7), used with 1¢ re-engraved (206), bold New York "D" duplexes, Sept 19, 1884, on to Paramaribo, Suriname, "D.E.I." [Dutch East Indies] with "E" changed to "W", backstamped Georgetown, Br. Guiana and Paramaribo, Very Fine, message is from Scott & Co. (Forerunner of Scott Stamp & Coin Co.) telling a collector that his first order was mistakenly sent to Prince Edward Island ["D.E.I" was read as "P.E.I"] but that a new order is on the way.
