Narcotic Tax, 1¢ type 3 in sheet form (RJA105 var.), imperforate press sheet of 144 comprising two panes of 72 divided by a wide vertical gutter, markings include plate #167756 in UL and LL corners, small numbers "4", "8", "12", "16" & "20" along the outer rows to assist in counting, as well as the small horizontal dashes between and to the left of the stamps; ungummed, light toning along top and bottom edges (affecting both plate blocks), otherwise Very Fine.

It is quite likely that these are actually plate proofs of the unlisted "type 3" coil included in lots 1183-1191 and 1197-1200.
