Terr., orange envelope bearing single 1¢ blue type II (7) and 3¢ brownish carmine (11) horizontal strip of three tied by Chicago postmarks, upon receipt "Fort Leland Oregon Feb 17" Collins double-line c.d.s. partly struck three-times on reverse; no flap and small piece out of top from opening, Fine and very scarce usage.
