1870 (31 Aug./12 Sep.) folded letter from Odessa to Mytilene, carried by ROPIT bearing an 1866 10k tied by grid cancel, red manuscript "15" (Sld.) rate, Lloyd Agency Constantinople receiver (15.9) on reverse, Very Fine. Franked only with the 10k ROPIT rate with nothing paid for Russian inland postage; probably handed directly to the Lloyd's Agent.
