Stevens 15 Jul 97 London" double-oval and readressed with matching "Care of the U.S. Consul Tangier Morocco" handstamp, "Tangier 21 JY 97" backstamp, various transits, enclosed letter datelined from the "U.S.S. 'Marion'"; rough opening at right, Fine and rare usage from Hawaii to Tangier.
