E. Murry" with interesting content, "I cannot consider that I am holding my exequatur from the government at Washington, which government I no longer recognize, however, as I have before said…I shall perform the duties here, of Vice Consul for the Empire of Russia…"; Very Fine and interesting C.S.A. usage of U.S. postage.
