1893, 4¢ Columbian, blue color error (233a), exceptionally fresh with rich color in the preferred darker shade on bright paper. O.g., hinge remnant. Tiny hinge thin, reperforated at bottom. Fine appearance. An attractive example of this rare commemorative error.
