[Canadian Provinces] Nova Scotia 1860-63, 5¢ blue and 10¢ vermilion (10, 12), tied by barred oval obliterator on 1867 (Jan. 15) envelope from Windsor to San Francisco, showing "Boston Br Pkt. 5/Jan. 26" c.d.s.; few small faults, nevertheless a fine example of the 15 cents rate to the Western U.S.
