San Sebastian, 10c Express Mail Service to Madrid (Edifil 19), another cover, this one franked with a 30c Isabella and a 10c Falange Española label in addition to the special stamp, the date of the postmark is illegible, marking as previous except "Aunque persiste…" handstamp is in red and there is an additional Falange censor mark and tape, VF and exceedingly rare.
