1912, 2¢ carmine (406a), without tab on non-philatelic Special Delivery cover from Allentown, Pa., Aug 11, 1914, to Falconer, N.Y., three different R.P.O. postmarks on reverse, slight edge damage where pane abuts edge of cover, light stain at bottom of envelope. Otherwise Fine and rare.

Commercially used full panes are quite rare. This one paid the 2¢ domestic letter rate plus the 10¢ special delivery fee (manuscript sender's instruction "Special Delivery" written vertically to left of pane).
