[Italian States] Papal States 1860, cover from Rome 3 Jan to Finland, with 7b blue strip of three large margins, applied slightly over the top of cover (barely affecting the stamps) and one stamp just cut into on one side, cancelled by barred grid, "Roma 3 Gen"c.d.s., several tax marks in manuscript, backstamped in transit, Milano, Swiss TPO, Leipzig TPO, Russian TPO and arrival.
