[Italian States] Papal States 1862, cover from Rome to Cincinnati, with 50b blue, and 7b blue pair, large to ample margins, the 50b very close on one side, just tied by barred grill, "Roma 30 Gen 62" c.d.s. and red transit marks Marseille (5 Fevr 62) and "Detroit Feb 25 Paid 30".
