[Italian States] Papal States 1866, cover from Rome to Vienna, with 2b green-olive and 6b lilac-grey, both with large margins, tied by barred grid, handwritten "23" for the additional Austrian tax, backstamped "Wien" and "Alsergrund in Wien (8/12)", slight soiling but still nice and rare destination cover. Sassone 3, 7A.
