1847, 10¢ black (2), large to ample margins, tied by small "10" in oval, matching "Paid" and clear "Southport Wis. Dec. 22" c.d.s. on 1848 folded letter to Fairfield, Ct.; lettersheet with some tiny stains at top edge, stamp with pen cancel removed, Very Fine appearance.
