1851, 1¢ blue, type Ic, "E" relief (6b), position 81R4, margins essentially all around, sheet margin at left, beautiful color on bright paper. Neat town postmark and lightened ms cancel. Slight thins and unnoticeable scuff in top left margin (well clear of design). A Superb appearing example of this scarce type.
