1916, 3¢ violet, horizontal rotary coil (456), used guide line pair, nicely centered with bright color and a Pittsburgh double oval cancel. Cert says "small internal crease", which is invisible even in fluid. Handsome Very Fine appearing example of this rare used line pair.
