Gerald Ford (1913-2006), 38th President of the United States (1974-1977), Vice President under Richard Nixon (1973-1974), formal photo, seated, inscribe and signed "To Patrick Devine, keep up your organ practice and study hard. Best wishes Jerry Ford", light crease at top, Fine, accompanied by a letter from E.R. Haggar (founder of Haggar Slacks), May 11, 1979, telling Mrs. Devine that "Former President Ford, who is a good friend of mine, was in Dallas this week and I asked him to autograph a photo for Patrick. I thought he would like this as a memento and would encourage him to continue to work hard and practice the organ.
