1863, 10¢ blue (11), three margins, just touching at bottom, tied by indistinct c.d.s on a turned gray and enameled white patterned wallpaper cover to Scooba, Miss., inside was a handcarried usage to a soldier; stamp with gum toning, Fine, a rare usage with the wallpaper pattern outside.
