May 19" (1884) blue target duplex along with a pair of 2¢ Red Brown (210) on a legal size 3¢ War entire (UO20) to Washington, D.C., 1884 receiver on reverse, preprinted return official stationery prestamped with official postage, supplemental regular postage was added by the sender; small opening tear at top affecting one stamp slightly, otherwise Very Fine and most attractive, five-times the 2¢ first class letter rate.
