Canada 1850 cross-border money letter, folded letter Hamilton, Sep 20, 1850 with both manuscript and red handstamped "Money letter", matching had "PAID" and red manuscript "4½" rate with manuscript "paid to the lines" plus handstamped "Too Late", Quebec transit c.d.s. on reverse, Lewiston, N.Y. exchange office c.d.s. on front along with a matching handstamped "10" (cents due) after crossing out the Canadian "PAID", an Extremely Fine and unusual usage.
