Airmail, 1923, 24¢ carmine (C6), top plate no. F14840 block of six. Original gum never hinged, signed in selvage "Harry S. New P.M.G.", fresh and crisp. F.-V.F., we have only seen one other of this value signed by Postmaster General Harry S. New, and this appears to be the only never hinged example.
