Microscopic circular internal tear, absolutely invisible from the front. Extremely Fine appearance.

ONLY 9 HAVE BEEN CERTIFIED BY THE PHILATELIC FOUNDATION, OF WHICH THREE ARE MINT, FOUR PRECANCELLED, AND ONLY THE PRESENT STAMP AND ONE OTHER WITH POSTAL CANCELS. THE OTHER POSTALLY USED COPY IS SOUND; THIS STAMP IS MUCH BETTER CENTERED.
