1923, 4¢ yellow brown, perf 10 at bottom (556b), with transitional perforations, perforated 10 at bottom left and perforated 11 at bottom right, exceptionally well centered, fresh color, duplex cancels. Microscopic circular internal tear, absolutely invisible from the front. Extremely Fine appearance.

ONLY 9 HAVE BEEN CERTIFIED BY THE PHILATELIC FOUNDATION, OF WHICH THREE ARE MINT, FOUR PRECANCELLED, AND ONLY THE PRESENT STAMP AND ONE OTHER WITH POSTAL CANCELS. THE OTHER POSTALLY USED COPY IS SOUND; THIS STAMP IS MUCH BETTER CENTERED.
