Netherlands 1868, 10c perf 12½ x 11½ (8A), horizontal strip of four tied on 1868 folded letter to Italy, each stamp cancelled by a boxed "FRANCO", light red Haarlem c.d.s. and a double strike of "Pays-Bas/Lille-Paris" transit c.d.s., some light foxing especially along two file folds, indistinct backstamp (addressed to Naples), Fine and attractive.
