Panama 1906-07 Famous Men (185S-193S), mounted on brown manila paper [with stamp hinged!] and handstamped "SPECIMEN" (8c "tied" by ovpt), 5c with double overprint; 2c stuck, 10c with small tear, 50c thin, otherwise Fine-Very Fine, rare, Ex. Alan Doyle. Believed to be from the post office archives of the Bechuamaland Protectorate.
