Flathead (Mont.) bird or fish, 1987 $10 black on white (1), affixed with unlisted matching fish stamp on 1987 Confederated Salish and Kootenai tribes use and conservation permit with manuscript "Disabled". Filing folds, as usual, which do not affect the stamps. Very Fine. A rare used pair, especially so still on document.
