1919, 2¢ carmine rose, type III, rotary press coil waste, perf 11 x 10 (540), block of 80. Original gum never hinged, mixed centering as would be expected on this coil waste issue but there are some Very Fine or better singles, light natural offset on about half, fresh F-VF.
