1882, 5¢ ultramarine (39), horizontal strip of three, used with 1886 2¢ rose (43) pair, all tied by "Honolulu, H.I. Nov 28 1889" duplex on cover to a Lt. Clark on board the U.S. Ship "Iroquois" in Apia, Samoa, purple "Paid All" oval handstamp; missing 5¢ stamp at right to make up the 24¢ rate, otherwise a Fine and rare usage to Samoa.
