1882 to London, England via Panama, cover bearing 1869-71 5c. black (5) on thin white paper and 1879 25c. green (12), roulette 8½ tied by cork cancellation, sent via British Post Office with "Panama JA 5" transit overstruck with "London JA 28 82" arrival c.d.s., black "1s/-" circled due handstamp for external rate since Nicaragua was not a UPU member until May 1, 1882; small repaired cover tear (not mentioned on Certificate), still a Very Fine and scarce usage.
