UNIQUE MIXED FRANKING AND ONE OF ONLY TWO RECORDED 12¢ BISECTS FROM HAWAII, THE OTHER BEING ON A SMALL PIECE. THIS IS ALSO THE EARLIEST RECORDED USE OF THE 5¢ "BOSTON ENGRAVED".
