Pa. 5 cts Oct 28" c.d.s. on 1858 folded letter to Amsterdam, Holland, manuscript sender's instruction "Steamer from Boston to Liverpool", manuscript rate of "1/8" (1sh 8p due) rate crossed out and replaced with "1/4", also manuscript "110" (1.10 Dutch florin) includes an additional 10¢ for routing via Belgium, red British, Belgian, and Dutch backstamps; Very Fine.
