1857, 1¢ blue, type Ia (19), position 92L4, exceptionally well centered with the bottom scrolls and right plume sufficiently visible, with intense color, bright paper and a light unobtrusive cancel, trifling toned perforation at top mostly seen from reverse, still an Extremely Fine and most handsome example of the rare 1¢ perforated type Ia.
