1857, 1¢ blue, type V (24), horizontal pair, pos. 91-92L7, a few scissor trimmed perfs at upper right, tied to 1858 partially printed notice by two strikes of "U.S. Mail/City Delivery/1/Mar 30" carrier postmark, neatly struck "U.S. Mail/4 P.M./Delivery" in octagon, fresh and Very Fine, a nice usage paying the 1¢ carrier fee to the Post Office and the 1¢ drop rate.
