1919, 2¢ carmine rose, type II, rotary press coil waste, perf. 11 x 10 (539), original gum lightly hinged, much better centered than usual, rich color. Very Fine, seldom seen this choice, for reference, the PSE has only graded two examples VF 80 with none higher. SSV $5,650 (SMQ $5,750).
