Canada, 1873, Small Queen, 3¢ red, perf 11½x12 (37e), tied on cover with privately created fancy cross cancel in red, matching "Huntsville ONT.", matching red datestamps ms 2/8/73 to Toronto, March 9, 1873 receiver on back, flap fault on reverse, still Very Fine and possibly a unique fancy cancel, attributed to Postmaster Littlefield
we have since learned that Littlefield was not the postmaster, but a collector, and made the cover many decades ago. the cover is being offered on its own merits.
