Frederick, Lord North (1732-1792), Prime Minister of Great Britain (1770-1782), handwritten document signed "North", also signed by George Onslow and Charles Jenkinson (first Lord of Liverpool), one page on two adjoining sheets, "Whitehall Treasury Chambers" 28th June 1770, appointing Robert Ross to be a "Tidesman at Inverness", North was the Prime Minister during most of the Revolutionary War, old handwritten note inside, describing Charles Jenkinson, minor mount remnants on reverse, Very Good.
