1861, 3¢ rose pink (64b), lovely fresh almost pink color (was sold in a 2015 auction as a "pink"), beautifully centered. Fine strike of a fancy "shield" cancel with matching "Fort Plan N.Y. 28 Dec. 1861" double circle postmark on small piece.
