Alpha Cal. Dec. 1, clear c.d.s. on 3¢ entire (U10) to Philadelphia, repeated at right tying 10¢ green type III (15), large margins to touched two places at bottom right, Fine, uncommon Nevada County D.P.O. (1855-62). This extremely odd combination of stamps (and waste of 3¢) is probably the result of the sender having no other envelopes on hand.
