Dec 27 1862" c.d.s. on 11-Star Flag & Verse Patriotic in black on dull yellow (Dietz F11-16, verse 9), to Southampton, Va.; light edge wear at top and very minor soiling, Very Fine, an exceptionally scarce usage of Stone Y.
