Treasury Dept., 1873, 90¢ brown, plate proof on India (O82P3), plate number 61 and top imprint block of twelve. Green pen proofing mark at left outlining stamp, selvedge faults from card removal and tear affecting imprint and stamps below. Fine appearance. Rare plate position piece.
