Guam Special Delivery, 1899, 10¢ blue (E1), bottom margin imprint and plate no. 881 block of 6. Nicely centered with vivid color and strong perforations. Usual tropicalized o.g. Tiny thin in one. Otherwise Very Fine. A handsome example of this scarce plate block.
