Belgium, 1895 wrapper band, used locally with Postage Due 10c bisected at Dinant, 1897 cover from Sheffield to Brussels with GB postage of 2½d underpaid and Postage Due 50c yellow brown applied on arrival but the envelope subsequently returned to sender, and 1914 postcard from Vrioheid, Natal to Kamboue insufficiently franked with South Africa ½d and Belgian Congo 10c applied as Due tied by framed "Taxes" overprint. and arrival c.d.s., card has fragile corners 3 items.
