Kingdom of Italy: 1863 (Jan. 24) folded letter to Turnia, bearing Postage Due 1863 10c yellow (Sassone 1), large margins all round showing guide lines on three sides, tied by "Isernia" Borbon type circular horseshoe d.s., one side panel at back missing, Extremely Fine and rare example of Postage Due used as Definitive for franking contrary to regulations, the rarity of which is augmented by the cancellation.
