Chile, 1895 (Apr. 23) corner card cover from New York to Valparaiso, bearing 2c cancelled by duplex, and Postage Due first permanent issue 2c + 4c red on yellow in vertical se-tenant pair centrally cancelled by "Multada" handstamp, showing double circles "T/ Centimes 15 N.Y." handstamp adjacent, Very Fine and a rarity, only four se-tenant pairs with different values have been reported on cover and this combination is believed to be unique.
