Registered c.d.s. and N.Y. exchange office oval, Aug 27, 1912, with Smolensk receiver alongside, unclaimed and returned with Oct 12th N.Y. registry division receivers on reverse and 1st and 2nd notice handstamps on front, Oct 16 & 17; card has some creasing from handling but is otherwise Very Fine and a very rare usage of the 10¢ registry stamp.
