Canada, 1873, 3¢ orange red (37c), two faulty singles tied by cork cancels on a double-weight cover from Moodyville, B.C. to New York, Aug 9, 1881, backstamped Victoria, B.C. Aug 10 with red San Francisco transit d.s. on front, Aug 13; cover rather tatty being open on three sides and nearly separated on the fourth, still, covers from western Canada to the eastern U.S. during the Small Queen period are quite rare.
